An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious Performance and Quality Manager to join a Grade 1 Oustanding Training Provider, we are looking for an individual with previous experience leading and managing a team of assessors in delivering apprenticship qualifications, the individual must be able to support the team deliver a high standard of training. they will also manage the Assessors caseload allocation, Must have Relevant, sucessful experience of supervising and managing high standards of delivery in Vocational qualifications. Must have experience in managing performance against challenging targets that are set. This role is to cover the Norfolk area , so a full driving licence is essential and access to a vehicle.

Essential Experience and Qualifications Needed:

•Relevant experience of supervising and Managing high standards of delivery.
•An In-depth and practical knowledge of the commercial enviroment of Training and Education.
•Knowledge of the current qualification structure and apprenticeship frameworks.
•Minimum PTLLS Qualification.
•Verifier Award
•Management Qualification
•Ability to Communicate with a range of partners at all levels
•Ability to Lead Tutors/Assessors
•Excellant Communication Skills both Verbal and written
