An established global distribution company are looking to recruit an experienced Payroller to join their busy finance team in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated candidate to join a successful company with a great reputation amongst both customers and clients.

As a Payroller, your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with the payment of monthly salaries and weekly wages to employees and temporary workers

* Arranging transfers from the company's account to employees

* Calculating tax deductions

* Calculating National Insurance deductions

* Setting up starters and leavers on the system

* Administering P45s and P60s to starters and leavers

* Producing P60s and P11Ds at year end

* Dealing with payroll-related queries

* Administering expense claim forms and authorising payments

As a Payroller, you will have/be:

* End to end payroll experience, with a good understanding of (but not limited to) tax, employment knowledge, processing payrolls, calculations

* Experience of running a payroll for 200+ employees

* Experience in a fast-moving environment with high volumes of work

* Excellent customer service skills

* The desire to succeed within a payroll position

* Strong IT skills, ideally including intermediate MS Excel capability

* Hardworking and enthusiastic, with a positive and professional attitude
