Company Fusion Limited is working with a leader in the design, manufacture, sourcing and supply of world class high-speed broadband communications solutions on behalf of major cable communications companies. They are currently looking for a Quality & Operations Analyst to join their busy team based near Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The position will be based in the UK with some international travel to other sites.

- Basic salary paying up to £40,000 per annum - negotiable depending on experience.

Quality & Operations Analyst - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- As Quality & Operations Analyst you will have the skills and enthusiasm to drive hands-on business process improvement across the business, and help develop and implement an operational excellence programme across the business alongside driving maturity in the Quality and Environment Management Systems.
- Managing an audit and review programme to maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications.
- You should be meticulous about meeting standards and customer expectations as well as having the tools and strength of personality to challenge the status quo, construct powerful arguments for change and then facilitate and drive through that change.
- Responsible for involving and engaging the broader business in process review and improvement.
- Devise new procedures and standards as required, working across business functions to develop and drive best practice.
- Develop and Implement the groups' operational excellence programme to drive growth and productivity.
- Identify improvements throughout ongoing processes in line with a "lean" methodology across group operations.
- Support and coach junior members of the team in problem solving, improvement and change management.
- Monitor group compliance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Support customer quality and sustainability requirements.
- The position will be based in the UK with some international travel to our other sites.

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

- Ideally you will be degree qualified with a proven track record in industry, alongside good analytical and PC skills; Meticulous with a high attention to detail.
- Experience with ISO standard and audit process.
- Collaboration skills and the ability to drive process improvement and change across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; a clear and concise verbal and written communicator.
- Pro-active with a `can do` attitude; taking initiative and seeing things through.
- Business acumen and strong organisational and planning skills.
- A car is required for this role due to our location.

Desirable attributes:

- Knowledge gained in technology organisations.
- Experience in outsourced manufacturing.
- Experience implementing principles of lean manufacturing to drive measurable improvement, e.g. Lean/Six Sigma qualification.
- Ability to deliver training and lead improvement events.
