Salary: £20,000 (+ OTE of up to £41.5K!)

A multi-award winning enterprise that has been listed on the London Stock Exchange for the last 4 years, our client are a multi-million pound renowned online retailer. They’re looking to bring on board ambitious graduates to help continue driving the impressive growth they’ve had in recent years.

Joining their Point of Service team, you’ll employ a consultative approach when speaking to customers that have already bought from the client, upselling protection plans for products bought by those customers. There are plenty of opportunities for weekly on target earnings, as well as lucrative seasonal incentives for highly driven individuals.

As part of your on-boarding to the Graduate Customer Management Scheme, you’ll obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering whilst starting on a low target which will slowly increase as you gain confidence with the company proposition – you’ll be contacting people that have bought from the website in the past 7 days.

The Role:

- Obtain a thorough knowledge of company products and services
- Perform client outreach by calling existing customers and explaining how you can help them further (cross-selling and upselling protection products)
- Following up on inbound warm leads generated from marketing activity
