This highly regarded UK leading London Rugby Club, based in NW London are currently seeking a passionate individual that will champion the delivery of providing their club’s high profile commercial partners and senior stakeholders with a world class client service, for a 12 month FTC.

As the Client Account Executive you will be responsible for building strong relationships internally and externally with key client stakeholders, capable of managing multiple projects across a diverse portfolio of commercial partners, with a natural passion for all things ‘sports’ related.

Key responsibilities for the Client Account Executive will include:

- To assist the wider Partnerships team within the London Rugby Club in delivering world class client servicing to valued commercial partners.

- Day to day account management of several partners.

- To effectively deliver all partners’ contractual rights seamlessly and effectively.

- Using the implemented club’s systems and processes to consistently and effectively deliver the partnerships, including but not limited to status documents, rights trackers and status calls/meetings.

- Work closely with the partners and partnership team to develop activation plans to ensure the partner achieves the maximum return on investment.

- To take part in ‘idea generation’ for partner activations to deliver over and above what is contractually deliverable, meeting partner objectives.

- Actively up-sell additional opportunities to partners.

- Implement measurement procedures that demonstrate partner return for their investment

The Client Account Executive will need a minimum of 6 months experience of managing client accounts, preferably gained for working within an agency, sports or sponsorship environment.

You will have outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills. With strong working knowledge of using MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. An ability to meet deadlines every time, a flexible and forward thinking attitude to anticipate challenges before they might arise and a the ability to come to the table with fresh and exciting ideas!
