We are currently representing a role as an Information’s Systems Solutions Analyst for a wholesale exporter of British groceries based in North East Lincolnshire.

Reporting to the Head of Information Systems, responsibilities will include:
• Working with internal departments to build business cases for system change.
• Analyse change requirements proposing cost effective solutions, develop solutions if required.
• Work with third party developers on solutions.
• Produce and maintain documentation for IS support across the team.
• Monitor new developments and technologies.
• Resolve client issues using formalised business support structure.
• Deliver user training for new and existing business software.
• Continually keep up to date with new developments in IT to improve the developing business requirements.
• Ensure security of systems is accordance with legislative requirements.
• Review and deliver cost effective procurement.
• Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required.

To be successful in this role, the candidate would preferably:
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work as part of a team
