Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer -North West, Merseyside Region - £36,000 per Annum plus benefits

Are you a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new challenge? If you are, this could be the role for you.

I am currently in a position to offer a great opportunity to the right person working for an international property maintenance company who are looking to add to their fast growing team. The role will require the successful candidate to cover an area ranging from Merseyside to Lancashire.

The role is a mobile maintenance role covering commercial property and buildings for a national storage facilities company , the role will offer the right candidate an excellent package.

Hours

* Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm

Duties

* PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
* General servicing and breakdown to general AC units
* Covering commercial offices in the retail industry
* Working on AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, split systems, chillers & all HVAC plant

Requirements

* City & Guilds level 2 in Air conditioning and refrigeration
* F Gas qualified
* Must pass DBS check
* Experience in working in commercial building maintenance
* A full clean driving license
