Bright Horizons, voted Great Place to Work for the last 12 consecutive years, are looking for a Social Marketing guru to join our Digital Marketing team!

Within this role, you will be expected to work with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver our digital strategy. You will manage digital campaigns and will work closely with our third party agencies, in-house creative and wider marketing teams, to raise the brand profile.

This role will be full time Monday to Friday, and will be office based at either our Rushden or Chesham office.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Responsible for all social media activity for Bright Horizons Family Solutions and the Bright Horizons Foundation (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube etc.)
* Managing social media accounts and recommending appropriate channels
* Developing engaging, targeted adverts across all social media channels
* Developing and implementing a monthly/ annual content plan
* Support colleagues to create friendly and SEO appropriate content for the Bright Horizons website
* Evaluating monthly analytics and ROI/ ROE, using this information as a basis for development recommendations
* Collaborating with the Recruitment, Marketing and Design teams to support campaigns and initiatives
* Commitment to developing current knowledge of digital marketing best practice
* Responsibility for the social media budget, and the distribution of the paid media strategy
* Providing input in the budgeting process

Recommended Experience/ Education/ Skills

* Previous experience in copy/ content writing
* A relevant degree in digital, or previous experience within a similar role
* A passion for and strong understanding of social media and digital
* Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging role

Occasional travel between offices will be required.
