Cubed Resourcing are recruiting for an excellent opportunity of a Senior Maintenance Electrician with a global manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire. What the role entails:

· To effectively and safely repair and maintain production machinery/equipment in a timely manner.
· Work within a team environment to share job tasks.
· Possess excellent communication skills at all levels.
· Ensure all safety protocol is carried out correctly (LOTO).
· To be able to fault find on a whole range of electrical and mechanical equipment.
· To be able to accurately identify parts and equipment needed to complete a timely repair.
· Must be PLC competent to an intermediate/advanced level.
· Able to create and modify PLC programs on both Mitsubishi and Siemens.
· Must be able to read and fully understand schematic drawings.
· Must be flexible for full 3-shift rota (including contractual weekend rota).
· Upskill work colleagues through interaction and knowledge share.
· Helps to drive PM activity that results in downtime reduction.
· Offers solutions to improve machine availability through improved repairs

The skills and experience we\'re looking for:

·HNC/HND/Degree level education.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast paced factory/Manufacturing environment.
· Good fault finding ability.
· Minimum 5 years PLC experience at an intermediate/experienced level on Mitsubishi and Siemens.
· IT literacy – MS Office etc.

Working Shifts – 40hr week Days, Afters and Nights. Also one in three weekend cover as mandatory overtime.

Benefits: Basic salary of £45,000 plus overtime, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, matched pension contribution up to 4%
