What you'll be doing...

* Define corporate business processes based on current internal and industry best practice.
* Facilitate workshops with internal staff from different disciplines and seniority.
* Implement business process change in newly acquired and existing business units.
* Support new acquisitions to adopt corporate business processes to enable efficient integration with the least disruption to delivery.
* Produce a governance framework to monitor adoption and success of corporate business process.

What you'll need to have...

* Extensive business process and implementation experience
* Ability to challenge current business processes against best practice to achieve improvements
* Understanding of business information information systems from sales through to finance
* Experience of back office processes from sales through to billing
* Ability to build rapport with new teams
* Able to travel globally up to 50% of the time
