The client is a specialist Healthcare provider who are seeking to constantly consolidate their position as the market-leader in their industry. They are regularly acquiring numerous organisations of a similar nature throughout the UK and so are growing their numbers of users and systems that need support. This is where the role of IT Service Desk Technician comes in.

Coming from a solid Windows support background, you will be responsible for assisting users with system issues. You will have experience working within helpdesk or call centre environments with 1st Line user support experience. The scope of the role will be to assist in the diagnosis and resolving of issues - either through simple processes or escalation to 2nd and 3rd line support teams. You will have a customer-focused approach to work and will pride yourself in your ability to work under pressure and with difficult stakeholders.

This IT Service Desk Technician position with be based in the company's Altrincham offices - with excellent transport links throughout the North West - and comes with a salary up to £23,000pa basic.
