Job Description1st Line Support: Are you an ambitious 1st Line Support Technician keen to join a growing team? As a 1st Line Support Technician you will be both ambitious and tech savvy. You must be a people person who loves helping others solve their tech problems…and it would be great if you were a foody too. That way you can enjoy all the amazing restaurants we work with!


*Problem solving and supporting restaurants remotely with their technology (Tablet EPOS, Wi-Fi, Payments etc.)
*Liaising with customers and configuring their tech to service their specific requirements
*Installing the latest technology into restaurants / retail chains
*Running training seminars for new and existing clients
*Completing site surveys for yet to open restaurants
*Visiting clients to troubleshoot issues from Wi-Fi network coverage to hardware failure

Skills & Experience:

*Bright and tech savvy
*Analytical and driven to find solutions to problems
*A great communicator who enjoys interacting and training clients
*Dynamic and driven, you enjoy the fast pace and ever-changing challenges of a growing business
*Keen to learn quickly and willing to get stuck in
*A full UK driving licence
*Dependable and practical
