Post title: Repairs Digital Product Manager Ref:RDPM/04/18 Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: 1 year fixed-term contract Salary: 56,000 Based in Euston, London Origin Housing is a provider of affordable housing and care and supportservices in London and Hertfordshire. We own and manage over 6,500 homeswith a turnover of 50 million. We were founded in 1924 and value ourproud heritage in providing great homes and building strong communities. We went live with our first CRM business processes on MicrosoftDynamics 365 in April 2017 and are looking for an experienced projectmanager to accelerate our journey in using the platform to transform ourbusiness. Our repairs service has the biggest impact on customersatisfaction. This role will deliver Origins digital repairs servicesfor customers through self-service portals and web apps, whilstimplementing repairs on Dynamics 365. This is a flagship project and you will have a key role in deliveringbetter customer experience and business capabilities. We have boldambitions for the digital transformation of our business and this roleis central to achieving our goals. Working closely with the business, and our repairs contractors andpartners you will be able to translate our social purpose into actionand deliver benefits for our customers, residents and staff arising fromour investment in new processes, organisation, technology andinformation. Ideal Candidate Your exceptional customer focus will ensure that customer experience isat the forefront of all digital products and you must be able to engagewith a wide variety of Origin residents to ensure online repairs serviceare user friendly for a wide range of technology abilities. Commercially astute you will have an excellent negotiating skills and atrack record in forging robust business relationships with repairscontractors. Ideally you will have had experience on both the client andcontractor side of repairs and voids services. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of business analysisand requirements gathering for repairs and voids services, as well asservice and process design to achieve continual service improvement. Youmust know how to create successful end-to-end digital services, frominception, through research, design, build, and integration todeployment and refinement. You will possess exceptional organisational skills and have knowledgeand experience of project and resource planning, as well as projectmanagement, ideally under Agile and PRINCE 2 methodologies. If you holdcertifications in any of these disciplines, it will be to youradvantage. If you have knowledge and experience of configuring DynamicsCRM/365, customer portals and web apps this would also be to your benefit. You will be prepared to 'roll your sleeves up' and get 'hands on' whennecessary showing less experienced project resources how to do thingsand building up their expertise. You will have excellent relationshipmanagement skills, a keen eye for detail, a can do attitude and arelentless focus on delivering successful outcomes from technology investments.
