Senior Payroll Administrator
£21K - £23K per annum

My client is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator who will be responsible for preparing and running multiple payrolls on a daily and weekly basis. The Senior Payroll Administrator will be reporting into the Payroll Manager and supporting other administrative functions.

The Senior Payroll Administrator will:

Manage and administer the payroll and expenses inbox; processing incoming schedules and responding to any enquiries
Processing any advance payments and holiday requests
Inputting new starters including P45 submissions
Produce reports on behalf of the accounts department
Complete bank reconciliations
Manage all daily aspects of payroll in accordance with agreed deadlines
Liaise with agencies and contractors on any payroll related issues
Provide feedback to the management team for any potential improvements

The ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of 1 years' experience within a busy payroll administration role
Have the ability to work within a fast paced environment
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
Ideally have experience working within payroll systems, Merit Software preferable
Have experience of processing daily and weekly payrolls, ideally within an umbrella environment

Woking hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch and Fridays 8.30am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
