Lead Service Delivery/Project Manager (Managed Print, Document Management, Project Management, Service Delivery) A leading UK FTSE 100 provider of IT Solutions and Services are looking to hire a talented Lead Service Delivery/Project Manager (Managed Print, Document Management, Project Management, Service Delivery) to join a rapidly expanding Managed Print Solutions division based in Birmingham. The organisation operates nationally working with blue chip and public sector and SME clients to develop innovative solutions for document print strategy requirements. The Lead Service Delivery/Project Manager (Managed Print, Document Management, Project Management, Service Delivery) will sit within the Professional Services team and report in to the Head of Post Sales, and manage teams made up of Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers and Customer Experience specialists. The Lead Service Delivery/Project Manager (Managed Print, Document Management, Project Management, Service Delivery) facilitates workshops, creates project documentation, presents findings on a regular basis to key stakeholders / managers and supports their team to drive projects to successful completion. Accountabilities for the Lead Service Delivery/Project Manager (Managed Print, Document Management, Project Management, Service Delivery): Team responsibility: o Direct line management responsibility of a team of 11 (Project Managers, SDMs) Project Management: o Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and safe execution of projects, actively participating in all phases of the project. o Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. Advocates the use of structured project management methodology, including PRINCE2, to the sales and support divisions within the business Customer Experience: o Ensure that customer experience is exceptional and that the team reviews and improves service delivery in areas of importance to our customers. Monitors SLA and customer lifecycle achievements, and acts where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensures that delivered systems deliver within these criteria. o Ensure that customer experience is enhanced by measurement, analysis and improvements on NPS values, customer satisfaction surveys and customer portal experiences, focusing on areas identified by customers as important to deliver / fulfil.
