Service Desk Engineer - (1st Line Support) - Crewe This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer to join their exciting, expanding IT team in their state of art Crewe based offices.. You will provide 1st line support to the companies customers on their data management products. You will be responsible for responding to and resolving customers support calls within contracted SLAs. You will be the first point of contact and you will responsible for the triage of service desk calls received and you will prioritise these calls. You will also be responsible for logging and responding to service desk calls that are submitted through telephone, email or web portal. The ideal candidate will have at least a years' experience working on a busy service desk and will have excellent customer service skills. Based in Crewe. - provided by Dice DATA MANAGEMENT
