IT Support Engineer - London - 35,000 An opportunity for an IT Support engineer has become available based in Central London. Working for an award-winning contractor and Property developer operating at the forefront of the construction industry, the successful candidate will be working within an outsourced IT department playing a key role within the IT team. Key Responsibilities: Technical IT Support for End Users and their devices, working towards a remote fix wherever possible (Available out of hours by mobile for technical support when required) Mobile telephony support for Corporate contract, including configuration of devices (iOS devices) 1st point of escalation for the business and escalation for 1st and 2nd Line Support teams Completing both onsite and remote site setups Hands on project delivery, including ad hoc out of hours work to implement changes Assisting Infrastructure and Technology team with network projects. Skills and Experience: Hands on deskside support experience Experience with troubleshooting issues with - Windows OS (Certification preferable) - Office suite - AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud (beneficial) - iOS & Windows mobile devices (tablets and phones) - Meraki networking Network cabling installation experience - ideal, but willing to learn if not Worked under an ITIL Framework and ITIL v3 Foundation certified - preferable Experience of working with Service Logging and Monitoring tools Additional requirements: A full and clean drivers licence with access to own car Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
