This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join a busy department of a large organisation, your duties will be varied in this role as the Company have a weekly and monthly payroll.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of the weekly and monthly staff payroll
- Setting up details of new starters on the system and processing leaver documentation
- Processing holiday, sickness, SMP, SPP, pension and PAYE deductions
- Preparing and issuing employee wage slips and processing BACs payments
- Managing any payment queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved
- Assisting the Payroll Manger with the reconciliation of the payroll at month end
