I am working on behalf of a very reputable Domiciliary home care provider that requires an exceptional Care Coordinator for their established and very successful domiciliary branch.
This company is a leading provider of domiciliary care services within the South of England with branches in the areas of Surrey, Essex and Hertfordshire.
They are care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community. A sustainable financially stable company with a fantastic reputation. They currently deliver around 1800 hours of care per month in their Watford branch and their last CQC inspection result was 'Good' overall.
You will be a strong & experienced care co-ordinator and have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care. You will have the ability to be flexible and to time manage effectively and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself. You must have previous experience of rota management. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running working off your own initiative.
Ideally you will hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, but if not a willingness to undertake this is acceptable.
