Job Profile:

As a global brand in the queue management industry, we are looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our expanding team. Based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes and reporting to the Installations Manager, the role will involve supervising a team of Installation Engineers with travel throughout the UK and occasionally Europe. A company car will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervision, co-ordination and progress of all installations to include special projects.
  • Complete responsibility for all installation work from receipt of sales order to client sign off.
  • Liaison with site contacts.
  • Liaison with internal sales, design and operations.
  • Site surveys and specifications for installations.
  • Control of all site Health and Safety requirements.
  • Training and mentoring of the team.
  • Representation of the Tensator brand to promote "first time right" culture.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an installations related role with "hands on" installation skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior customer contacts, contractors and site engineers.
  • Awareness of health and safety requirements.
  • Ability to read architectural/engineering drawings.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • CSCS.
  • Valid passport.
  • PC skills (Microsoft office)
