Role

The floating Store Supervisor/Manager will be accountable for delivering individual store goals and ensuring that the store runs smoothly. You will require travel to stores who require Management or staff cover in London and surrounding areas if required. Expenses will be covered.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
  • Handle all stock effectively and ensure back of house standards are maintained
  • Support your Manager and team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals
  • Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our retail business
  • Maintain store visual standards
  • Able to organise their own diary each month based on store cover required
  • Generate sales for each store
  • Completing all necessary administration

Required Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Have at least 1 years’ experience in a manager's role
  • Have at least 1 year solid sales experience
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • An ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Great communication skills
  • Natural sales skills
  • Well presented
