Currently Recruiting for a Fun and busy Retail Business in Kings Cross seeking an Assistant Accountant to the Financial Controller with office management duties.

Duties to include:

  • Processing invoices onto the QuickBooks Systems
  • Updating and reconciling bank accounts daily (3 GBP, EUR, USD)
  • Preparing and distributing customer invoices
  • Dealing with all accounting queries
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Processing of Petty Cash
  • Calculation commissions
  • Reconcile, post and review company credit cards
  • Prepare, post and authorise the monthly payment run
  • Submit VAT returns and EC Sales

Office Management:

  • Processing of employee's expenses
  • Ordering of Stationary/office requirements
  • Point of contact for queries from Clients

This role offers unlimited exposure to progressing within your Finance Career as you will be working directly with the F.C who is happy to train in areas needed.
