What you'll be doing...

  • Define corporate business processes based on current internal and industry best practice.
  • Facilitate workshops with internal staff from different disciplines and seniority.
  • Implement business process change in newly acquired and existing business units.
  • Support new acquisitions to adopt corporate business processes to enable efficient integration with the least disruption to delivery.
  • Produce a governance framework to monitor adoption and success of corporate business process.

What you'll need to have...

  • Extensive business process and implementation experience
  • Ability to challenge current business processes against best practice to achieve improvements
  • Understanding of business information information systems from sales through to finance
  • Experience of back office processes from sales through to billing
  • Ability to build rapport with new teams
  • Able to travel globally up to 50% of the time
