Procurement Administrator
Location: London, SE1
Contract Type: temp for 12 weeks(no extension planned at this point)
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday Friday, 9:00 17:00

An opportunity has opened up for a Procurement Administrator. We are looking for a candidate with strong experience of working with contract documents. The role would taking responsibility for the administration tasks upon the start while taking own initiative.

Main Duties:
Making amendments to contracts in relation to GDPR legislation
Sending communication regarding GDPR to suppliers on how it would impact their contract and how the regulations will be implemented
Prepare contract deed of variation documentation
Accurately record and manage the end to end process of the execution of DOVs
Produce non-standard letters
Obtain and update contractual information, storing documentation and reporting compliance
Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers as required
Provide written progress updates to Procurement and Supplier Operations Manager as necessary
