Job Title - Commercial Account Handler
Contract - Permanent
Salary - £27,000 - £30,000
Location - Berkshire
Industry - Insurance Broker (Insurance, Commercial, Commercial Account Handler, Brokerage, Broker, PI, Professional Indemnity)

The Role:-

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Commercial Account Handler to join a well-established independent insurance brokerage. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' commercial experience and be able to work effectively, as part of a team. Your role is to support an experienced Account Executive
Key Responsibilities:-
·Effective handling of allocated work ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
·Supporting Account Executives/Preparing reports
·Identify cross selling opportunities
·Identify and capture new business opportunities
·Resolve or progress complaints effectively within company guidelines
·Make effective day to day decisions. Support other team members. Use initiative and be proactive
·Sound knowledge of the Commercial Insurance market
·Sound knowledge of all Commercial processes and procedures

·Pension Auto Enrolment Scheme 3% Employer 2 % Employee
·Death in Service 4 x annual salary
·Holiday 23 days

Hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
