About the Role

37.5 hours per week 39 weeks per year 'Tailored career paths ready and waiting' 'The staff team is long standing and cohesive and they receive very good levels of training, performance appraisal and supervision' Ofsted 2017 Wishmore Cross Academy is a very special learning environment that provides a happy, caring community where everyone is encouraged and supported to achieve their goals. We are a residential special school in Chobham, Surrey, for boys aged 9 to 16 years who have social, emotional and mental health difficulties. We admit up to 70 boys and can offer up to 14 residential places (including extended days) on a flexible basis for up to 4 nights per week. We are situated within easy reach of the M25 and M3 and, although in Surrey, is very close to Berkshire and Hampshire. Ofsted judged our Residential Provision to be 'outstanding' for the last six years. We are looking to grow and add to our outstanding team of teachers, support staff, assistant psychologists and leaders, and we would welcome applications from individuals looking to build a career within SEND as well as from colleagues with prior experience.
