We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic progressive and innovative community learning disability staff nurse to work within the East Ayrshire Community Learning Disability Team based at North West Area Centre Kilmarnock and/or Rothesay House Cumnock.
The team is multi-disciplinary with a strong inter-agency focus with health and local authority partners. You must have an RNLD qualification with experience of working in a community team or similar setting. It is essential that you have good interpersonal skills with evidence of continuous professional development. Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the current policy context affecting the development of person centred learning disability services and the role of nursing in a changing clinical environment.
A car driver is essential.
