Purchase Ledger Clerk/Accounts Payable Clerk- 6 month fixed term
We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a multinational expanding organisation based in Cheadle. Along with a basic salary of up to £18,000, the successful candidate will also benefit from an extensive annual leave allowance, life insurance, a company pension scheme, a retail reward scheme and much more. This is a fixed term 6 month contract covering maternity leave.
About The Role:
Printing and logging of invoices daily
Processing of supplier invoices in a timely manner
Manage invoice queries via telephone and email
Proactively seek resolution of queries
Reconcile supplier statements
Assist in month end tasks
Filing and ad-hoc administrative work
Essential Skills & Experience
Sage 200 experience desirable.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi task.
Strong communication skills.
Able to work unsupervised using own initiative.
Previous Purchase Ledger experience
About The Benefits
Offering a salary of between £17,000 - £18,000
Full time hours between 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday 40hrs a week flexible
