Our award winning client is looking for a legal secretary to join their Bromley office.

The key purpose of this role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing and probate department, as well as supporting the fee earners. Legal secretarial experience within probate and conveyancing is necessary.

Key responsibilities of the role:

- Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letter, legal forms (Oyez) and quotes,
- Answering the telephone in a polite and efficient manner,
- Administrative duties such as photocopying, updating client information and filing,
- Arranging appointments and updating clients,
- Inputting data onto our clients system - Proclaim.

The successful candidate will have:

- Proven experience working as a legal secretary within the area of probate or conveyancing
- Excellent technical skills which include fast and accurate typing speed
- A good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Experience with working to tight deadlines and working in a busy environment.
