As a Mandarin-speaking Sales Account Manager your responsibility will be to establish relationships and sell a payments technology and my client’s services directly to a variety of strategic, complex and tactically important accounts in both the UK and China. You will be selling a complex solution to corporate accounts to achieve established account strategies.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships, engage key stakeholders to identify opportunities and sell my client’s payment products
  • Create and maintain sustainable customer relationships to deliver sales growth to meet and exceed targets
  • Inbound and Outbound calling to new and existing customers
  • Interact with customers at senior management level with emphasis on forming business relationships with C level contacts within these accounts
  • Understand and document customers’ business and treasury strategies, priorities and goals; capture this data in CRM system
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasts

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Speaking Mandarin is a MUST
  • Demonstrate a track record of B2B Sales and Account Management
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with both business and banking customers
  • Strong consultative selling ability - critical questioning, listening, analysis, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs and overcome objections
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, including the ability to effectively present to both technical and executive audiences
  • Demonstrate effective time management to meet team and customer deadlines
  • You MUST be eligible to work full-time in the UK without sponsorship

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training and Experience)

  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience in negotiating and closing high value deals
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • This is a Mandarin speaking role
