We are currently recruiting Accounts Assistant/Administrator to start working for a well known company in Salford, Manchester.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake all duties such:

  • Purchase Invoices

  • Purchase credits

  • Suppliers queries

  • Price adjustment credits

  • Supplier statements / Payments List

  • Supplier settlement discounts

  • Inputting cash book g/l payments

  • Inputting all supplier payments on computer and paying on the bank

  • Petty cash

  • Monthly credit card g/l invoices

  • Sales Ledger

  • Credit control / Solicitors and court

  • Customer queries

  • Customer Rebates

  • Uploading invoices to the trading grid online

  • Daily cash and banking

  • Weekly reconciling of bank statements

  • Reconciling sage pay online payments and inputting charges

  • Printing hard copy invoices and statements and email out all statements at end of month

  • Checking all sales orders have been invoiced at the month ends

  • Opening customer accounts and doing credit checks

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Range of sales experience

  • Good IT skills

  • Developing client relationships

  • Computer Literate, Word, Excel etc...

This is a temporary - permanent role for the right candidate.
