IT Helpdesk (1st Line Support)

£23,000 plus great benefits (25 days holiday, pension, free healthcare etc)

Leeds City Centre

37 hours per week - shifts between 7am - 10pm (one week of late finishes per month)

Our client, a modern, forward thinking and constantly developing market leader, are looking to recruit a customer focused IT Helpdesk Advisor to join their friendly and fast paced team of 8. Based in gorgeous offices in Leeds city centre, the successful candidate can look forward to a great base salary of £23,000, not to mention a fantastic range of benefits tailored around your lifestyle and interests.

This role involves supporting internal colleagues with their IT and technical requirements at a first line support level. You will be assisting with email and telephone enquires as well as any face to face queries on a daily basis, supporting a number of sites across the UK.

Successful candidates will provide support in the following areas;

• Password resets

• Locked accounts

• PC/Printer issues

• Setting up new starters laptops and mobile phones

• Ensuring meeting rooms are in good working condition

• Any ad hoc enquires that come in at first line level

Technical IT experience and knowledge are important but our client are also looking for people with strong customer service backgrounds who are fantastic communicators and genuinely passionate about the customer experience. Because you will be dealing with face to face enquires a positive, confident and friendly personality is essential.

The team operate between 7am - 10pm Monday to Friday and you would be required to work 37 hours per week between these hours, with one late per month (1.30pm - 10pm for the full week). On-site parking is provided for the week you work the late night.
