Your new role
Your new role as Accounts Assistant will include purchase ledger 200 - 300 invoices per week (inputting, matching and coding), bank reconciliations, sales ledger and nominal postings. You will also be required to learn new skills within the accounts team to provide support during staff holiday or sickness cover. You will be part of a large team, between 9-10. The system used is Kerridge however this is not an essential skill for the role and training will be given to the successful candidate.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to have experience working in a busy environment and be able to deal with a high work load. This will require excellent organisational skills and time management. The successful individual will have the ability to multi-task and show motivation to exceed expectations.
