We have an exciting opportunity within our town centre branch in Dewsbury for a Customer Consultant on a 12 month contract who will be passionate about delivering excellent service to our in branch customers. If you like talking to people and enjoy delivering a high quality customer experience, you’ll enjoy working within our branch as a Customer Consultant.

What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Consultant you will provide an exceptional customer experience, whether you’re welcoming our customers in branch, dealing with day to day transactions on the counter or providing information on our products and services, you’ll always deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way making sure that what we do is always in our customer’s best interests.

The Knowledge & Skills you’ll have:
  • A genuine passion to deliver a fantastic customer service.
  • Ability to building strong relationships with your customers.
  • Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Confident cash handling skills.
  • Good administration & PC skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Honest & Friendly approach.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer-facing environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Financial Services Industry knowledge is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
