BAK & Southern Connections are currently recruiting for a energetic Sales assistant to join the team! This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest O2 Franchisees in the UK, supporting the business in delivering fantastic customer services whilst retaining and growing the customer base.

Role Expectations:

  • Promote and sell a wide range of products and services to both business and consumer customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and promote the key messages from O2.
  • Achieve company targets to achieve profitability and growth of the store.
  • Be passionate about O2 and the products we sell ensuring product/market place knowledge is up to date.
  • To have strong product knowledge and be able to provide recommendation on products and services that match their requirements.
  • To be able to actively demonstrate exciting and new products.

The suitable candidate will:

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • At least 6 month previous sales experience
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Great communicator
  • Have the ability to be able to build rapport with both customers and colleagues
  • Genuine interest in the latest technology, software and gadgets
  • Be knowledgeable about the current market place and recent product launches
  • Confident in own knowledge and capability when advising customers on products and services
  • Confidently advise customers on the best product to suit their requirements
  • Problem solver with the ability to think on their feet
  • Self-motivated and driven with a determination to succeed
