Team Administration Coordinator - Quality

Working within a team of 7 you will be responsible for coordinating all the administration in the Quality Operations department.

Supporting the Quality Assurance team with regards to archiving, supporting activities relating to the manufacture, packaging, testing, storage and distribution of EML and third party contract manufactured products, ensuring compliance with current GMP, Quality Systems, Corporate expectations and Industry Standards.

The role requires an extremely high attention to detail, methodical approach and a natural ability to be diplomatic and self motivated.
Day to day you will be responsible for collating, archiving and scanning batch records in email and paper form.
Collating data to be used in QA performance indicators
Dispatch certifications all over the world to affiliates and customers
Assist in the development of SOP with the Line Manager

You will have a good knowledge of MS packages, fully numerate and able to work to strict timeframes.

Experience in pharma, food and beverage manufacturing or FMCG would be an advantage but not essential. As would knowledge of GMP.
