Manage the run off of Consumer Product and Warranty previously written, ensuring:
Receipt and accounting of correct premium income
Correct calculation and processing of profit commissions
Adequate oversight of delegated claim handling for the Business As Usual run-off accounts
Correct actuarial reserves are set
Ownership and resolution of issues for a small number of Complex Accounts - e.g. Citymain, InTrust, Guardsman - and engagement with relevant stakeholders
Strong communication both internally and externally, including with Lloyd's
High Conduct and TCF standards are maintained.
