The Retirement Solutions Role is a brand new role with a focus on the companies pension/decumulation proposition.
This is a vital resource to enable our financial advisers to formulate suitable, complex and individual recommendations for our customers to achieve their retirement goals and their long term financial security.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their knowledge base in Financial Advice. The Retirement Solutions Consultants deal with our decumulation recommendations with a view to assisting the adviser’s right through to a final solution for our customer.
The goal is to work closely with the adviser to create a recommendation to be presented to our customers which meets their financial planning needs. The skills that will be acquired involve being able to analyse and interpret the Pensions analysis reports and cash flow modellers, interpret tax calculations and ultimately assisting our customers in achieving their financial goals.
At any one time you’ll be coordinating multiple cases for advisers which will involve areas of complexity and nuances which require quick prioritisation excellent analytical skills.
The Ideal Candidate
It goes without saying you’ll need to be highly organised and flexible, with the ability to find an alternative when something doesn’t work. You’ll be an excellent communicator with a strong desire to build your knowledge in Financial Advice and work towards a professional qualification.
An eye for details and quality is essential with an ability to maintain high standards even when working to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will either have obtained or be working towards their Diploma in Financial Planning.
