Senior IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd line support) - City of London - £30,000 plus company car or Oyster card (zone 1-6)

A well established and growing managed service provider (MSP), who provides support to clients in the professional services industries, are now seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible for a small number of important, professional clients in Central London in a client facing capacity. You will be expected to provide a high level of 1st and 2nd line support, aiming above expectations and therefore must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to use your own initiative and work independently on tasks.

To secure this role you must have;
-Four years experience in IT Support
-An understanding of Local Area Networking and Authentication and Group Policies.
-Knowledge of Hosted Desktops via RDP or Citrix
-Knowledge of Email clients and Microsoft Office software and also Email security services such as Mimecast.

Additionally, you must have experience with Windows Operating Systems and although not essential, MacOs knowledge would be considered highly advantageous.
