Are you an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary looking for a temporary position in a great working environment?
A well respected Law firm in Liverpool are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary for maternity leave cover. This role is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, hard-working team, in a brilliant, renovated grade II listed office in Liverpool City Centre.
You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to a number of the Directors and Fee Earners within the firm as well assisting with general administrative duties for the general manager, providing a rounded and exciting role. The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial property legal secretary with speed and accuracy on a keyboard (typing qualification preferred) and excellent oral and written communication skills.
The firm have an excellent reputation within their practices and pride themselves on their client care and service. The firm are adapting to modern-working life, having recently adopted a casual dress code with smart and conservative office-wear being required at times. Staff well being is at the forefront of the director's initiatives, providing a great working environment and low turn-over of staff.
For the right candidate the firm are looking to pay around £20,000 per annum, with 25 days annual leave and an extra day to be taken on your Birthday and a generous benefits package.
This is a fixed term concoct role starting in July 2018 and lasting for 12 months.
