Our client a leading Financial Services organisation is recruiting a Project Manager to join their team.
Responsible for running projects within the IS department, within a software development environment. Omega experience highly desirable.
With full Project Management responsibility including planning, estimating and creating project plans, communicating and reporting to the business stakeholders and resource management.
Essential experience includes running IS projects, preferably within the Software Development area, be an expert on the full development lifecycle and be highly skilled with Microsoft tools.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience of delivering projects on time and to budget, ideally within a Financial Services organisation. They will be experienced in Waterfall, SCRUM, Kanban and Six Sigma, and preferable hold the PRINCE2 qualification.
The candidate requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to motivate a project team. Experience within the finance/and or motor finance industry is an advantage. An understanding of financial functional rules or accounting, would be desirable, as would French language skills, although not essential.
