HR Administrator

Are you an experienced Human Resources Administrator seeking to build on your existing experiences?

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a registered charity located in Sutton. They are in a brilliant location, close to transport links and surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops, creating an exciting and bustling atmosphere.

What will you be doing?

As HR Administrator you will provide a customer focussed general HR administrative service, recruitment advice to staff and managers on HR related matters and undertake a range of HR administrative duties to support the HR Operations Team.

Duties will include (but will not be restricted to) contract administration, HR database management and supporting HR related projects.

About you?

You will be an experienced HR Administrator or an administrator with a HR and Recruitment interest, who is used to dealing with a demanding and heavy workload.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Educated to GCSE level would be essential.
  • CIPD certificate would be highly desired.
  • Excellent organisational skill with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong computer skills including experience of using databases.
  • Confident administrator with HR experience and knowledge would be essential.

The HR Administrator/recruitment advisor is a part-time, 12 month fixed term position working weekly 3 or 4 days per week.

The salary applicable is competitive at £22,000-£26,496 plus benefits, such as Subsidised lunches, 25 days annual, enhanced annual leave entitlement and other outstanding benefits.
