They are recruiting for a Bookkeeper / Accounting Officer, they are based in Central London.
As the Bookkeeper you will provide financial information to management, based on researched and analysed accounting. Financial report preparation and communication with stakeholders. Resolve administrative problems by analysing. Reconciliation of control accounts up to trial balance with limited support for line management. Bank reconciliation, Payroll control accounts reconciliation.
Month end journal initiation and sign off including Journals to correct errors, Accruals and prepayments and Payroll journals. Collation of information for client. Other tasks as set out by project manager for client or internal.

- Accounting packages
- Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF and pivot tables),
- Word, including mail merge
- SAGE50 (essential for initial project).
