An expanding group of companies are looking for an additional team member to look after their sales ledger. There will also be some purchase ledger work included. They have a large, busy accounts team that deal with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Duties include:

  • Setting up new clients
  • Producing invoices
  • Banking and reconciliation
  • Running off turnover statements
  • Sorting out any rebates and filing
  • Checking VAT has been included on invoices
  • Providing creditors with VAT receipts

Skills/Experience needed:

  • Previous experience in a sales ledger role
  • Previous purchase ledger experience
  • Flexible team worker with first class communication skills
  • MS Excel and Sage experience along with general MS Office experience
  • Fast accurate keyboard ability
