My client, a well established City firm based near Chancery Lane, are seeking an employment paralegal for their busy team.
The team act for a wide range of clients drawn from banking, advertising and other industries. You will work with both senior individuals as well as small to medium sized employers. You will cover a broad range of work.
In this role as an employment paralegal you will assist the head of department and associate on a caseload of matters including redundancy, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination and equal opportunities. You will be required to conduct legal research and support the lawyers with various tasks.
You should ideally have at least 2 years as an employment paralegal and will be able to hit the ground running and should be able to work independently. Candidates will ideally have a Law degree (2:1 preferred) and good commercial awareness.
