JHE & Partners are working with a large, successful business who are looking to recruit an accounts assistant on a permanent basis in Bradford centre.? This is an exciting position working for a highly respected organisation with an enviable reputation in the market.

You will be joining a business that looks after its employees and you will be working as part of a finance team of 8. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be using your accounts experience to a good level, additionally there is excellent exposure for the right candidate to enhance their skills and learn new aspects of finance along the way.

Duties include:

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Processing and reconciling supplier invoices
  • Company banking and updating the system
  • Query handling
  • Allocating sales ledger payments on Sage
  • Processing bank payments online
  • Produce reports for senior management

This is a very interesting role working as part of a wider finance team. You will be joining a friendly, outgoing team that work hard to see the end-result. Ideally you will have Sage 50 experience and you will ideally have a good understanding of Excel.
