My client is a long established specialist MEP Contractor who have gained major project experience across a variety of sectors within the UK. The business currently has a Turnover in the region of £200 million with approximately 15 live projects. The company were created in the 1970's and since then they have gained an exemplary record in delivering complex engineering schemes within the Commercial, Residential, Education & Hotel/ Leisure industry.

They are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Engineering to be permanently based on arguably their most luxurious development. The project runs on to 2021 and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to progress their career.
The Job Role
As Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing method statements & risk assessments
- Relevant administrative duties
- Technical Submittals/ Take Off's, RAMS & O&M Manuals
- Planning and programming
To be suitable for this position you will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience working within the Mechanical Building Services sector
- Have come from either an Mechanical Apprenticeship of Academic background
- Have experience overseeing Technical Submittals/ Take Off's, RAMS & O&M's
- Have experience working on a project from inception to delivery
- Have excellent communicational skills
