Administration Coordinator
3 - 6 months
£150 - £175per day DOE

InterQuest Solutions are excited to be working with one of our key clients supporting with the recruitment of an Administration Coordinator on a contract basis at their head office site

Duties & Responsibilities
- Working to provide the Global Resourcing team with all areas of administration and support
- Supporting across the administration function in a corporate setting
- Liaising with senior stakeholders and organising project administration
- Managing a varied and challenging workload
- Providing organisational and coordination support
- Working on brand a resourcing based projects

Skills & Experience
- Creative background e.g Arts or Marketing
- Enthusiastic, positive and motivated approach
- Highly organised and able to work across a variety of project based work
- Confident in the use of MS Office, including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Ideally experience in a global remit will be highly advantageous
- Ability to support or previous experience using a ATS system
- Arts Degree would be advantageous
