What you will be doing?
In this role you will be maintaining high quality client account information by entering new and updated fact find information from a paper based document to computer entry using Intelliflo software system. You'll be preparing and verifying source data for compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities with teams and analysing supporting documents and previous completed factfinds. Reviewing data for deficiencies will be a part of your role; resolving discrepancies by using procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team for resolution. You will be expected to enter client account data by inputting accurate alphabetic and numeric information.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is highly organised, competent typist, evidence of previous data entry skills, confidentiality, thoroughness and attention to detail, effective communication and confidence to question data and work with teams and advisers. The role would suit a results driven, analytical and tenacious individual.
Degree educated or equivalent is essential.
