Aon are currently recruiting a Broking Support in Aon Employee Benefits Broking Centre of Excellence to join our team in Farnborough. The Broking Support in Aon Employee Benefits Broking Centre of Excellence will be primarily responsible for:


assisting in the management of the broking process within the Aon Employee Benefits Broking Centre of Excellence (CoE) being integral to the successful operation of the Centre of Excellence and overtime building up knowledge on insurance markets and products brokered. working in pillar specific groups (Healthcare, Risk, or DC), and report into a CoE Broking Lead and ultimately into the CBO and CoE Operations Managersbeing the key to ensuring our clients receive the best possible terms and solutions to fit their need

About the Role



As a Broking Support in Aon Employee Benefits Broking Centre of Excellence some of your key responsibilities will involve:


Work closely with our administration team to build and issue RFPs to marketEnsure all market review reports are completed within the timescale allocated and Aon provides high quality advice and recommendations in line with the clients objectives Manage relationships with the insurers we work with in regard to the broking workAssist with all insurer queries that relate to an RFP and respond within 24 hoursTake part in TBS training and provide ongoing feedback to help develop our broking platform Assist insurers with any queries they have with using our broking system Maintain long-term relationships with internal colleagues as well as insurersStay up-to-date with employee benefit trends in the industry, monitor market developments Work closely with the new business sales team on broking new business Be actively involved in internal initiatives aimed at driving efficiency and building our team infrastructureEnsure that any potential E&O cases are addressed in accordance with an appropriate procedure to minimise Aon's exposuResponsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
